The Story

In wake of the global pandemic, many turned their eyes toward the great outdoors and hit the road, yearning for fresh air and a sense of freedom.

Recognizing the potential, HTR acquired nine under-performing campgrounds in prime locations across the country, and partnered with Proportion to strategically revive and reposition each property under a unified brand.

A FLEXIBLE SYSTEM ROOTED IN THE SPIRIT OF THE OUTDOORS

The identity and environmental design process included site-specific palettes and touch-points that feel authentic to the unique locations while remaining cohesive with the overall brand.

BRAND IMPACT FOR THE BOTTOM LINE

Through the use of creativity, curation, and thoughtful design, extensive value was added to each site without significant additional cost.

A thoughtful paint application can revive and energize a space, while in turn, act as intuitive wayfinding.
