The Story
Set along the Mystic River in Medford, 101 Station reimagines the modern workplace around balance, movement, and connection.
Working with RJ Kelly, we developed the brand and interior experience together, drawing inspiration from the natural rhythms of the site and the energy of the people moving through it.
NATURAL FLOW MEETS STRUCTURAL CLARITY.
Natural tones, clean typography, and organic textures create a visual language that feels both grounded and contemporary. The interlocking mark takes cues from the Mystic River, bringing movement and connection into a simple, recognizable form.
BALANCED BETWEEN NATURAL AND CONSTRUCTED
Warm woods, earthy materials, layered textures, and biophilic elements bring the landscape inward. Clean lines and architectural details keep the interiors polished, grounded, and in step with the natural flow of the workday.
The central staircase creates a natural hub from which the building’s paths branch outward.
