Andrea is a lifelong creative whose journey in design began early, spending more time drawing in her Moleskine than paying attention in class. It was during those hours of sketching that she discovered the power of visual communication. One of her early "aha" moments came when she first noticed the hidden arrow in the FedEx logo, sparking her desire to make people look closer.

A graduate of Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, with a BFA in Graphic Design & Digital Media, Andrea immersed herself in the design world, working with organizations such as Champlain College’s marketing department and TripAdvisor. Joining Proportion straight out of school, she was drawn to the agency’s creative energy and its close-knit, dynamic team. Since then, Andrea has spent the past seven years honing her design skills and contributing to the firm’s growth.

As a core member of the Proportion team, Andrea is known for her sharp design instincts, unwavering attention to detail, and commitment to elevating the firm’s creative output. Whether spearheading brand strategy, crafting compelling presentations, or managing multiple projects at once, she approaches each task with a blend of precision and curiosity. Her work on the agency’s portfolio and website content has helped define its identity, and her collaborative spirit keeps the creative process moving forward.

Outside of her design work, Andrea brings an infectious energy to the studio, often lightening the mood with a well-timed joke. She thrives on seeing her work come to life in the real world; from intricate wallpaper designs to beautifully bound menus, and is constantly exploring new ways to refine her craft. With a passion for learning, Andrea is always seeking out new techniques to incorporate into her design practice.
