Jessie Zhu
"Thing-ma-bob"

Jessie’s humble beginnings as a designer started with an illegal copy of Photoshop 7.0 on her older sister’s computer. From there, she completed the Visual Arts & Communications program at Quincy High School and graduated with a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency in Design and Visual Communication. She would begin to really hone in on her craft at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where she would graduate with a BFA in Communications Design.
At Proportion, Jessie uses her love of information architecture and digital experiences to help clients find their place within a digital era, which includes websites, social media, and really anything that shows up on a screen.
Outside of work, Jessie’s deep appreciation for food has her recognized by team members for her unmatched lunch decisions. If she’s not eating, she’s probably in a store somewhere vigorously shaking blind boxes, as she loves the dopamine hit of getting a figurine she wants.
