Blake Goodwin
"Logic & faith - you’ll never know everything, at some point you just need to jump."

Blake has nearly two decades of corporate development leadership, with a design/build mentality and extensive operations experience. He excels in relationship management, critical thinking, and commercial viability assessment, and has led cross-disciplinary teams in the development of processes, products, and brands across commercial real estate, notably the hospitality sector.
Forever a northern-Mainer molded by the Boston experience, Blake transitioned from engineering to design while at Boston University. He then dedicated nearly a decade to the development of Artaic, where he honed his skills in strategy, management, and cross-functional leadership. Now at the helm of Proportion for 10 years, Blake serves as the executive strategy, accounts, and management lead. As a critic, cheerleader, coach, and ultimately a glue, he fosters & promotes the firm’s collective passion for quality, evident in a portfolio that showcases a desire to create compelling narratives that elevate our partners' presence.
Blake is a proud husband and father to twin girls, who together split time between Boston, Maine, and Barcelona. He’s an active member of the greater Boston business community, a recently-anointed youth soccer coach, and most importantly - he’s an avid cyclist who owns an excessive amount of bikes.
